So my primary DR says limit red meat….. 3 servings per week… Hmm … I don’t think so. And eggs? No yokes? No dripping yellow yokes! Surely you jest Doc? 😜

Oh me too! That's how I feel about my coffee. My hearing issue worsens when they speak such words. All I hear is "you're doing fine!"

My Grandaddy ate 2 eggs, 2 slices bacon or sausage every day. If finally killed him - 3 months before his 100th birthday.

lol. makes you wana say No, No, No 😂😂!!!! Its not easy backing away from red meat but I find I feel better and drop weight faster by doing so. Good luck to ya!!!

Isn't that odd. My GP in Texas and my GP in North Carolina both tell me to eat meat and limit carbs to achieve and maintain a healthy weight. My NC doctor gave me a meal plan to follow that has meat, eggs &/or cheese in every meal.

@TXSnowman.....yea, everyone's body chemistry is different so what works for one person may not work for another. I've also noticed the older we get we may have to change up the way we lose weight and maintain it as our hormones and metabolisms change too. This is has been an ever-evolving cycle for me.
