Tonight was a challenge. Family dinner for grandson at Buffalo Wild Wings. Obviously not good for me. Ordered the grilled chicken salad with only lettuce, tomato, cucumbers, using squeezed lemons, salt and pepper for dressing. First problem, I already had chicken today for lunch; second I'm only supposed to have on type of veggie at a meal. I made the best choice(I hope) for the situation. Still stayed under 500cal.

Also, for anyone reading this, I am on a Physician Assisted Weight Loss program; very strict and 500cal only during the first phase.
