Jesus, help me! Here I am again!
It's January 8th 2022 and I have 35 pounds to lose. The good news is that if history continues to repeat itself, it will only take me 3 to 4 months to be down to healthy weight, AGAIN!
I just wish I could stop this cycle ( on the "healthy weight" side, of course :)
