I ate a turnip with each meal yesterday. At supper I even added a zuchinni with it. I ate a handful almonds which that is the most I have eaten in a week due to watching how many I ate to see if that was the problem of my weight gain. I did good with my water.
And today I lost 1.8 pounds. that is a total of 5.4 since last thursday. I am totally excited.
