5 weeks strong today!!!! 16 lbs lost since the start of the diet back in April. Today is a big day for me, I'm interviewing for a team manager spot at work, wish me luck!!


247.0 lb Lost so far: 36.0 lb.    Still to go: 117.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
