I really hate weighing at the doctors office because it usually after you ate and countless other things. Yesterday was one of my first meeting with my surgeon for my lap band surgery.. we are track for December surgery date. Its starting to be real.. but thanks to my insurance I'm about to start this real stick diet.. and I just have a feeling its like I'm going to fall off the wagon before I even start. I think I'm going to keep what I'm doing and start going back to the gym again, because I know when I work out 4 days a week I can lose 2 to 3lbs a week and still EAT. With this strict diet, I have to have 2 shakes a day, 4oz lean protein and half serving of veggies.. like really? I'm going to kill myself due to hunger! LOL. So that's the weight from the doctors visit, I didn't weigh myself this morning or yesterday morning to compare. So, I'm going to owe it, because I drank a lot last week, empty carbs I know!
