I went to a local weight loss clinic for Phentermine, b12, and a fat burning shot. I am very excited about continuing my journey.

Weigh in at doctor's office 222 (seemed a bit high, but whatevers)

I will implement a very low calorie ketogenic diet. I will keep my carb count under 20 grams per day. I plan to hit macros of 65% fat, 25% protein, and 5% carbs.
