Nanas diet's Journal, 22 September 2014

Spoke with Maggie today. I am supposed to be taking the vitamins provided by GFM twice per day. Will start with today taking 2nd pack in evening. Added Maggie to my Professionals. Hopefully she will be able to access my diary from here and I won't have to write on paper anymore. Scales are disheartening - hopefully the measurements tomorrow will be more encouraging. Feel like I should be exercising or at least walking, but know on such low calorie I shouldn't.
