so i had a good weekend... i stayed pretty much on track. though its tough for me to get on here an enter my food bc i dont have a comp at home! i have my won food journal that i write in and am watching what i eat... i even write the things that i shouldnt have bc i have to be honest with myself! but i lost 4 lbs this past week and i swore that it was gonna b maybe 1. i get on my scale too often. i know that your only supposed to get on there once a week but i cant help it, sometimes i just have to look. lol. but im doing my best and everyone is pretty much supportive. i have a friend who is going to start walking with me 3 times a week which is really exciting, its so much easier when you have a friend!!! well, off to another day of work... sitting at a desk, part of the reason i got here in the 1st place!
