staying as close to or under 1200 cals a day and incorporating water as much as I can stand...fruit namely watermelon ...and need to cut back on salt my BP was finally on time last doc appt..wanna try to keep it that way...lost someone dear to my heart yesterday..so hopefully tomorrow will be a better day all around ... hate feeling crushed and heavy hearted :( so really not having that good of an appetite...good night
