have been without my computer and undergoing some health issues still..not been eating well and meds are also causing issues...anyways, back to 190 and not so happy with myself So went to the docs Had some blood tests run, so far no news...am waiting for results...Want to make the college effort in getting me back down to at least 170 for now...small goals at a time as I become over whelmed quite quickly...so now I have my computer and back on FS, ur encouragement would be of great help to me...feeling a bit depressed...thanks in advance..your friend Darlene :*
