I have been drinking alot more water, cut out the bars, and cut down on the nuts and cut out the bacon with the nitrates. I will add bacon in later without the nitrates. I am going to stay away from meat with nitrates in it and see if that doesn't help me. I have now lost 2 pounds and back to my lowest that I was on March 11. I am really hoping I am back on track now.
