I don't know what is up with my calories today. I thought I ate more than that.

So I made a real attempt at eating tofu today. I actually burned half of it last night b/c I fell asleep while I was baking it. But I was able to salvage some. I just don't like the consistency. I think the soy sauce gave it a good flavoring. But that mushiness I just did not go for.

I don't like it when people knock things before them try them. So I made a good attempt at trying tofu. Don't think I'll be trying it again anytime soon!

I totally agree with you about tofu. It's just not as great as it's made out to be. It's not too bad in sandwiches and wraps though. Glad you tried it before you decided! Keeping an open mind is so important to enjoying life :)
