Day 3 Non Smoker, YEAH! I have to say it is getting easier, yet it is mostly mental. I catch myself thinking about a cigarettes more than actual physical cravings. Sunday night I will take off my patch and go to bed with out one and wait til morning before putting another one on. I have 4 weeks worth of patches right now, but I want to wean myself off by the end of the month.
We went swimming for an hour and then to the gym for 30 minutes. We had an early start today, we were at the barn by 730 this morning and had them loaded and dropped Michael off at school and then took them to the farrier by 830am. We are getting ready to eat lunch and I am going to try to get her to take a nap. She has been falling asleep at like 6pm and waking up at 9pm ready to go and I am ready for bed. So if she doesn't take a nap at a decent time she will go without today. I think that is about it for today.
UPDATE: I am pretty proud of myself, I did pretty good with food choices today. I was planning on having a slim fast for dinner because I had eaten lunch and I was still full from it. After picking up the horses from the farrier unloading them and the trailer, I was hot and tired. I still had to go pick up the kids from church. I bribed John to go with me by buying him dinner at McDonald's. All I had was a parfait, and boy was it good. It hit the spot with me being hot and tired. Chelsea took her Daddy a soda earlier and brought one to me too. I just set it aside and told her thank you I might have it later. I would much rather have water tonight. I didn't get all my points in today but after several days of going over and not exercising I figure it would be okay a couple of times to be under, it will even out I am sure. I weighed today and am up 1/2 pound but TOM is here and I hope it is water retention. My normal weigh in is Friday so I will see what comes then. Good Night!
