I need help...Someone give me the motivation to lose the last 15 pounds...I hope its comes off fast, cuz I'm so hungry for real food.

Diet Calendar Entry for 30 March 2011:

You can have real food! Stuff yourself with plenty of fruits and vegetables! Hardly any calories, and fruit is full of water so you can get really full on hardly anything. Real food is where it's at. I am struggling with the last 20 lbs, too - it requires more exertion now that you have less to lose. Good luck! :)

Find an activity that you REALLY like! Walking, hiking, cycling so when you eat something that's not on your diet, you can burn calories doing your favorite activity & not feel guilty :)
