I had a late dinner at the cheesecake factory which I think *every* American knows their food is the WORST for anyone on a diet. So, I cant begrudge the extra weight that is back on because of it ... I just know that it's not going to stay on or keep me from reaching my overall goal.
290.5 lb Lost so far: 11.5 lb.    Still to go: 65.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
