It's all about the attitude!

You know... I've been thinking... I'm only another 7.6 lbs away from having achieved 25% of my goal. It's still a few weeks away, but it just doesn't seem like that much more and I'm 1/4 of the way there!

I think it's all a matter of perspective.

I could take the approach that 25% is still 304 lbs which is still HUGE, or I could take the approach to look at it as having lost 35 lbs, and not being 339 anymore! I think I'm going to focus on the latter!

Work is busy these days... month end is coming and everyone wants their statements out before the end of the month, not that it means anything to their organizations, except perhaps psychologically that they've got their audit over with for another year... LOL.

Anyways... back to work, just wanted to share my happier, enlightened perspective of today!

Every pound lost is awsome. It shows the hard work you've put towards living healthy. It's good to break down your weight loss into smaller amounts instead of focusing on one big number. I divided the weight I need to lose by 4. That way I get to lose smaller numbera at a time (which does my self esteem and will power wonders) and I get to celebrate my success 4 times....woo hoo. Keep up the good work and celebrate your weight loss often...you deserve it :)
