Hi there, I'm on today offering advice if you'd like to hear it. :-) Was looking at your food journal and fyi- you are eating foods not allowed during induction. The book says no breads, sugars, nuts, fruit, etc. So the Hot cereal, low carb tortilla, etc. all have to go in order to turn your body into a fat burning machine. BUT-I also see you've lost 19.0 so far. Awesome. I just know that I have to follow Atkins 100% which means max 20 NET carbs and 12-15 of those carbs have to come from vegetables. Anyhow, I hate judging off a computer screen cause you never know. If I'm totally out of place, forgive me. I'm really just trying to help. Best of luck!

Alison - you are starving your body. The pounds are going to hang in there until you start eating more calories. You may have lost quickly at the beginning, but your metabolism is slowing down to nothing. Women should aim for 1500 calories a day. Anything under 1000 calories is considered starving. Eat more, lose more. Good luck.
