I've really been struggling since my 2-wk trip to California. Having to play catch up on my freelance projects is kicking my ass. I'm staying up way too late and having to keep my butt in my chair for hours on end. So I'm not eating as clean as I have been before. The things that are creeping up on me are snacking all day on nuts, cheese, and granola, and drinking decaf coffee with sugar after 8pm. I need to resume recording what I'm eating because I feel out of control if I don't. I apologize for being a terrible buddy, but my time is so limited right now.
159.8 lb Lost so far: 52.2 lb.    Still to go: 9.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Dude we all have life that sadly must come first.. you know like paying bills and taking care of family.. No worries.. when thing settle down you will have more time and we will be here. :) now quit messin about and get yer work done!

I would log your food... it is pretty important to keep track where you are with those pesky calories.

California will do that to ya, lol. You are not a terrible buddy and remember if we are to keep with this for a life-time we all need to realize we have a pact not to feel mistreated if a buddy isn't around as we all will have those times....Glad to see you back Coco and your chart looks great as you are practicing maintenance...TOWANDA!!!!!!
