2 weeks ago I broke my right foot. I was not able to exercise for 2 weeks and today is the first day that I can go back to Curves.
I used this as an excuse to not follow Weight Watchers (I needed a break) and find that I have gained 6 pounds back from the 18 pounds that I originally lost.
What a dope I am. I need to get back on track and today is a good day to do it. It is the first, it is a Friday, and it will keep my on track during the weekend.
Today it is curves, weightwatchers, and thinking about what I am doing to my body on this yo yo cycle.

You're getting back on track, and that's great! You had an injury, and a lot of times people slack off then. And some can't help but slack off, hence not being able to exercise. I think your attitude is great, and the fact that you've planned out your day is great too!
