And that's what happens when I eat carbs... 3lb overnight gain. White rice, celery, carrots, wasabi edamames & dried apricots. It's all good though, I'm not gonna let it ruin my day. I know how to "fix" this. ;)
139.0 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Yes, but you know its not fat, just your body retaining water. I assume your eating lower carb. All those foods you ate are healthy. Protein pushes water out of our cells and carbs hold it. It still goes back to eating less and moving more.
