I keep allowing myself to cheat... ARGHH. And after I work 12-13 hours straight I have no energy left to work out, which cuts down on the number of days/week I can exercise. I'm so frustrated! I think I've hit a plateau.

Think of a different way of eating to keep you going through the day. Remember its your body and you want to treat it right. Dont have to a massive blowout workout. Anything(20 min) a day will do. Then you've earned that snack :). Also its day by day, what happened yesterday already happened dont let it affect you! Kick butt tomorrow
