Are You Ready for the Weekend?
I know for me this is tough. I really don't record anything on the weekend and try to maintain my same limit of 15 grams of sugar per day. Sometimes I go above my 1400 calories, but then I tend to be a little more active on the weekend.
So here's to maintaining and not Gaining - See you back here on Monday
