Splurging once in a while isn't bad in fact I think it is good. Don't try to compensate for it. Just log it and go back to your plan with the next meal or day and move on.

Hang in there! We know our bodies don't always want to catch up to our efforts. An occasional splurge is not bad as long as we know it's temporary and we can still let ourselves enjoy. Goodness knows there's going to be some splurging for me this next week! Water is our best friend! Keep it close!

Pink Rose you have lost 155 pounds!! You are doing amazing. Maybe your body is re-adjusting to your current weight. Remember it gets harder to lose when you weigh less. You might have to re-adjust your calorie limit to lower than it was when you weighed more.

Keep in mind that 1 lb. of muscle occupies less space than 1 lb. of fat. An increase on the scale does not always mean an increase in fat. Besides, that 1 lb. gain could simply be water. Don't give up!

Your info says 155 lost? you are doing great keep up the hooping!! Am trying that and walking this am to see if my lungs are behaving better today. Asthma issues the last couple. 1 pound is just a normal up and down thing not a trend.

I see a lot of sauces and dressings in your diet. May I recommend "Walden Farms" products. I use them. Great taste & zero calories, so I am very generous when using them.

I looked, sugarfree raspberry vinegarette is all I see. Mmmmm bolt house is good, no artificial ingredients.

Because you only have 5 lbs, that will take some time to drop. The closer you get to goal, the harder it is to drop the last few pounds. Look for inches lost instead.
