Losing weight slowly but surely. I wish it was going faster...But I feel like I'm building muscle while I'm losing the weight, which is retarding my apparent weight lost. I know my waist has gotten smaller, but it definitely isn't where I want it to be. :(
240.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Try to think of the big picture and not just the scale. The scale doesn't always tell us the truth when it comes to weight loss. You can stay the same weight and go down in sizes. The scale will move again.
