Scale shows no change, but I haven't been on it for a week. I KNOW I was higher last week without even stepping on the rotten thing... I was too afraid! 😁 I'm ready to keep going. There may be a gain tomorrow because I'll be working out pretty hard at the gym today. All part of the process of getting back... Water filled muscles and all that. 😱 Happy Monday and see you tomorrow! ❤️
150.4 lb Lost so far: 40.6 lb.    Still to go: 0.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You ladies are just the best. Thank you! I wish I could have all five of you here right now for a lovely visit. I am so blessed by your support... Years worth! 😁 ❤️ Princess, it has taken a bit to be motivated enough. I'm trying. 😁 Mermee, my workout happened at least! My knee was doing beautifully while on our trip. Pain went away even with the endless miles... Sadly, it is back now that I've begun walking fast... . Well, I just need to be careful and maybe not walk quite so fast. 🤔 😁

Becky and Diana, thank you!❤️ I'm not thrilled with being a little bit more padded than I was before my trip, but it actually feels good now to be eating more normally and feeling my muscles work again. 😊
