It seems to be working, not drinking beer really helps, I've noticed my tummy is shrinking, Which is due to no beer. Also smaller portions, And of course no cheese board since we have run out of those delicious French cheeses. I know it's mostly water weight but it still feels good! Now to walk the dogs.
