It's been a while since I have looked around here though I still post my food and exercise. The "diet" is going pretty good. I have not had too many temptations and really no slip ups or cheats though I think I may have unintentionally ingested some carbs when eating green beans at a restaurant. They tasted sweet but I stopped eating them. I am pretty pleased with how I feel- still no huge energy surges, no marathon racing, but certainly I feel better and wake up ready to roll! I am sleeping better at night too.
I still like to snack- maybe that is psychological. It takes a lot less snacking to satisfy me and that is great!
