I went out for a nice long walk/jog today, 2 miles altogether! That's farther than I've ever bothered to walk before, lol. I found that simply walking briskly around my neighborhood is quite a workout as we have many hills and such where I live. If I just follow the streets to the end of the neighborhood, it's exactly 1 mile, and back home it equals 2 miles :] The whole trip took about an hour, how convenient! I briskly walked the first mile and tried my best to jog back home, but the best I could do was about 3 minutes of jogging =\ that's weak dude... but it was quite satisfying to get some decent exercise. The only thing today was a guy who saw me jogging on the way home and actually hit his brakes, did a U-turn, and put on his parking lights so he could holler out the window at me "I like how that looks, girl!" lol, he kept asking me to come over to him.. hmm probably because I was wearing skin tight black leggings while jogging... but I just waved and kept on my way home, lol.

I ate a nice breakfast today, but my mom made fried pork chops for dinner... This is what my biggest challenge will be, my family does not care what they eat. On my own I can eat healthy for the most part, but then I'll come home and mom has some glorious fried up fat feast waiting for dinner, lol! Oh well, this site helped me control my portions but I kinda had to guess at some of the serving sizes since I don't have a food scale.

Overall I feel it was a good day :] Yay!
