I had half a delicious meal out last night, shrimp quesadilla 😋😋 I thought I stayed in caloric range but it could be a sodium issue or it could be a calorie counting error. The quesadilla triangles seemed bigger than usual. Happy it’s the weekend. Have a great one!
133.8 lb Lost so far: 18.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
