I've decided to take a week off and let my body recuperate. My shoulders are sore and they need to rest. I went and did a light workout yesterday but even after that I realized that I really need to recharge. I got up this morning to do some cardio but I was feeling so tired that I decided to skip. After consulting with a body builder he advised that every six to eight weeks you should "de-load". It's been 10 weeks since I started training so I'm going to take the rest of the week off - I deserve it! Will adjust diet accordingly.
