On the way. I must say the cravings are harder to stay away from this time. I believe it is no different than a smoker or addict and it will take 3 days of good cleaning out to stave the cravings off.
219.3 lb Lost so far: 10.7 lb.    Still to go: 34.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
