Not a good weekend...I really sabotaged myself. Ate a whole bunch of ice cream yesterday while watching a movie. This is why I need to keep myself occupied, b/c otherwise I tend to make bad decisions.

Anyway, I am back on the wagon this week! Trying to really follow the nutrition plan.
