Lot of work!! Lost 2 pounds, which is encouraging!! If I can keep from gaining those 2 back that would be progress.. wish me luck in the coming week. I have a challenge in there is a team luncheon with lots of good food coming for St. Pattie's day... I am probally going to need an extra hour at the gym!
204.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 54.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
