Lot of work!! Lost 2 pounds, which is encouraging!! If I can keep from gaining those 2 back that would be progress.. wish me luck in the coming week. I have a challenge in there is a team luncheon with lots of good food coming for St. Pattie's day... I am probally going to need an extra hour at the gym!

When on my daughter's college orientation today. From 10am to 3pm I did nothing but walk around campus with a 30min lunch and approx 1 hour of sitting and talking deduction. I did 3057 steps per my pedometer. Can't figure out how to log this as an exercise in my fatsecret exercise journal. All I know is I hurt all over due to climbing stairs and such.... then I ate KFC for dinner, i think I went backwards!!!

First day!! yeaaaa!!
Started the day with coffe as usual.
no breakfast, not good...
lunch - Mexican, even worst....
weigh in and measure tonight.
Maybe I can redeem myself at dinner?
