Happy Saturday Everybody!

My husband and I had a wonderful time last night. We went out to dinner and I stayed pretty much on plan. We both had filet minon. He had a baked potato with all the toppings and bread. We both ate from the salad bar too. We passed on dessert and bought some raspberries to take home. Don't think that raspberries are part of induction but this was a treat for one night.

Still praying for the people of Japan and all other places affected by these quakes and aftershocks. Hope that all my buddies are having a blessed weekend. Love and Hugs to All!

Hello Cindy! I am so glad you had a wonderful evening with your husband! Those are such blessings! And good for you on the raspberry dessert choice. I believe you are correct that berries aren't induction, but are certainly OWL. I had blueberries yesterday as well - but my daughter had made a cake and it was really, really, really calling my name! I am so happy both of us made a choice for HEALTH! Yay for us!

Hi Cindy, I ended up making dinner last night so avoided the mexican dinner challenge. I know what you mean it is hard to feel good when we see things of that magnatude and devastation but I beleive it is our duty to honor those who transitioned on by living our best lives...TOWANDA!!
