First gain since April - not happy about it, but not completely upset either? I treated myself to brunch for finally booking a drivers test, and also tried a new cafe, both times splitting something sweet with a friend. I've had a good week, and sometimes experiences matter more than a shift on the scale.
245.4 lb Lost so far: 19.6 lb.    Still to go: 13.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don’t obsess over this, you didn’t gain 1kg from 2 treats. You also have to allow yourself these things. Keep up the good work
