Kimmy I want soooo bad for you to succeed just as much as I want to succeed for myself... YOU CAN DO THIS!!!! It's not about you having a bad or good start... you just have to start. You do need to exercise every day, Working your way up to an hour a day...but understand that exercise alone and just counting calories will not help you lose weight entirely. I know that you probably don't understand a whole lot about how food works in our bodies..., There was a point in my life that I didn't get it either, so I know how you feel (frustrated)... You have to understand that counting calories isn't enough. You have to eat better calories, which means you cannot eat junk food anymore. Stop eating sugary cereals, and sugary snacks (doughnuts, honey buns, and so on) Every time you consume them, they make you want more and more and more until your body get's overloaded and you get diabetes, which I understand that you already have it.. Did you know that you can go in remission with diabetes if you start eating better foods in the beginning stages of the disease? But if you don't start changing the way you eat you are going to have more and more complications including death... Diabetes runs in my family and my uncle lost both of his legs from complications of the disease before he died. You have got to stop eating high glycemic foods, sugary processed foods, and watch your FAT grams, SUGAR grams, and CARB grams, especially.. Keep them low not only because you are trying to lose weight, but if you don't you are going to kill yourself.. I'm not trying to be the grim reaper, just trying to help you.. I REALLY WANT TO SEE YOU SUCCEED!!! YOU CAN DO THIS!!!! YOU REALLY CAN!!! But YOU have got the be the ONE WHO WANTS TO CHANGE!!! I wish you all the luck.. and I'm here to support you along the way.. Just remember COUNTING CALORIES ISN'T ENOUGH! You have to exercise daily, and EAT BETTER FOODS!!!
