Well it's not much of a loss, but I'll take it.
274.6 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 74.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

It's not my normal weigh-in day, but I was curious...and so I just had to peek. Don't know if I will weigh tomorrow yet.
