I think I am finally starting to settle into my new workout routine. Getting out of bed in the morning has been the hardest part, but I have been easing myself into getting up early by setting the alarm to go off 10 minutes earlier every week instead of getting up a whole hour earlier all of a sudden. What can I say? I love my bed!! :) I feel really good after my workout and notice such a difference in my energy once I get to work. I am much more alert! I just saw a post about being addicted to diet coke and I so relate to that. I know now that diet soda is not my friend! I am so used to drinking it with snacks that even when I'm not hungry, drinking diet coke makes me want to eat...yummy, crunchy, salty things! Bad news I tell ya! So no more diet coke for me...water is my new friend.
