Yesterday
I did not complete my bike ride last night. I asked hubby if he wanted to, and he did not. He would rather watch TV and I wanted to hit bed early, so I did not go. Bad excuse, I know.


Sleep
Bed last night: 12:45am. I was in my bed at 11:30pm as promised, read until midnight, then realized I should get up and brush my teeth, so I did that, washed my face... and then I was wide awake. So I started to read for a little while again to get tired, and before I knew it it was 12:42am. Then, to bed I went.
Wake: 7:30am
Sleep Quality: Good. I don't even remember hubby coming in.
Feeling upon awakening: I woke up at 7:30 on my own and felt pretty awake. I laid in bed telling myself to just get up, but knowing it was not enough sleep. I am wondering what I should do in those situations.. is it better to get up when you awake or try to fall back asleep to get the recommended 8 hours?

This Morning
I was proud of myself. I told myself I would get up at 8am and to a work out before work, and I did. I ate a healthy breakfast, turned on the Kinect, and did yoga for 11 minutes and my scheduled work out for another 13 minutes. I hope to do this every work day from now on, except Thursdays which I plan to bike to work from now on starting tomorrow. Coincidentally, my Lifestyle Task on the Biggest Loser Kinect was to bike somewhere you normally drive. It must have known.

Today
Working the long shift today (10:45am-8:30pm) so I plan to take 30-40min walk on my lunch break. I have a set path I usually walk so the timing all depends on my speed. Don't want to work out too hard on lunch since I can't shower after and don't want to go back to work sweaty, so I try to keep it to a short moderate paced walk.

Tonight
Would like to go on a walk with hubby and the pups. The pups haven't had a walk in a while because Eric & I have been biking instead of walking. New plan is to bike 3x a week and walk the other 4 so the dogs get 4+ walks week.
