Yesterday: Did a Biggest Loser Kinect workout for 15 mins, did 60 sit-ups, and went on an 52min 7.3mi bike ride with hubby.
Sleep: Bed last night: 12:30am Wake: 9:00am Sleep Quality: OK. Woke up around 4am to use the bathroom. Feeling upon awakening: Ok. Not tired, but not ready to jump out of bed.
Earlier Today: Didn't get to sleep at midnight like I had hoped. I think I fell asleep a little after 12, but it was kind of a blur to me. Tonight I'd like to be drinking my sleepy time tea by 11, in my bed my 11:30pm reading, and asleep by midnight. Tomorrow is my LONG day at work, so would like to be well rested for a 9½ hr day.
This morning I did a Biggest Loser workout. For whatever reason this morning is foggy to me and I have trouble remembering what I did. I know I did the free play for a while and it wasn't working well at all because the Kinect would not read my ball and kept making the screen jump. I think I did a full work out before that, but it's blending with yesterday. I'll have to check the game when I get home. I'm having trouble thinking today for some reason.
Tonight: Hope to go on a short 30min bike ride with hubby tonight, after a quick run to the grocery store, make dinner and off to bed I go.
