well... I did my walk(up hill both ways - 2 miles with my 100 lb double stroller- yesterday and I did my swimming(45 minutes of actual strokes and exercising)- my arms are KILLING me and my calves have sworn revenge - but I got to my original goal weight while eating hotdogs, nachos, pasta salad and summer cake (all my favorite things)... knowledge is power. I knew if I over compensated on exercise I could eat what I wanted and I actually lost weight doing it. I never knew I could eat and lose weight. it's gonna be a good day!
115.8 lb Lost so far: 0.2 lb.    Still to go: 0.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I'm pretty sure I live by the motto: The more you move, the more you can eat! Just be careful not too eat too much. :) I still have issues finding a happy middle ground.
