Disappointing after working hard all week, I've had a bad back so couldn't do much exercise but my eating was still spot on. I am hoping it was just a bit of natural fluctuation!
I am hoping to see more of a result this week for sure!

It is recommended to weight yourself in the morning shortly after waking for a consistent and more true reading. And just do it once a week, on Mondays .. more is just nerve-wrecking!
