I did well considering I was not on my best behavior this week. I expect this upcoming week to be simular- hopefully I will get as lucky on the scale as I did this week. I am still feeling amazing and people are noticing which is encouraging. When we get back from Boca I need to get back into full gear. I still have a long way to go to my final goal.
