I'm tasting Kellogg's All Bran, Original for the first time in a long time.

I can actually taste the sweetness! (I always thought it tasted like straw) And that's a good thing!!!

In my better eating pattern - I may have not have lost weight, but as least I'm proud that I'm eating so much better than 5 years ago.

Thank You Mercola, and all those avant-garde people that championed good wholesome, and real foods!

I'm no longer a slave to food. If I overeat, it's by choice, and not because I crave. There's a distinction.

All Bran sweet - You've come a long way baby!
