Good morning all and Happy Friday!!!
Well I have stayed the same weight for this week.... That is ok it isnt up so i am good!!!
My boss brought in Monkey bread today..... It was sooo good! i had a taste and i am actually ok! I dont need to go back and eat the whole thing!
This weekend there will be lots of walks and chasing the kids on their bikes! So that will be good for a work out! I know loosing the last 20lbs is going to be hard.... but i have until November to do that!!! then i will have lost 50 lbs! It now feels like a life change! I am happy to say that i am actually starting to feel good in my clothes again!
