Went to the pool this evening. Wasn't much people. Friday nights will be pool night from now on.

Well, this wraps up this week. I can say I did my best, now the results will be in tomorrow. I feel a bit looser in my clothes, but this big, big hanging belly doesn't seem like it's going anywhere. Funny that when I lose weight I seem to lose it from all over, but the stomach is the last to shrink. And it's the stomach that I wish you go first! My frame gets smaller but my stomach keeps a proportionate ratio.
