HA!!! As I said, today is the first day I'm on Fat Flush and my daughter grabbed the pitcher out of the fridge that normally contains some flavor of Crystal Light. You should have heard her holler when she took a gulp of that Cran-Water. :o)

That's funny, I started today as well and my kids kept begging for a drink of it too. I kept saying "your not gonna like it" and they both made these faces, I kinda feel the same way!
