I'm a 40 year old single mom with two kids. I work from home, so it's very easy to just run downstairs and grab a quick spoonful of peanut butter. It's awful what I eat when I know nobody is watching.

I've managed to keep my weight somewhat under control and haven't ballooned passed 20 pounds over my goal weight since my second child was born 10 years ago (when I gained a whopping 60 pounds). However I ALWAYS have 10-15 pounds to lose and have only been at my goal once in the last 10 years, for about 5 months.

I have tried Weight Watchers, South Beach and Atkins which are all very easy for me to follow however I stall out about 10 pounds over goal and never seem to be able to break through that plateau.

I struggle a bit with digestive problems, moreso when I'm sucking down too many carbs, and am at the point where I think something drastic is necessary. Despite how the book describes Fat Flush, something like "as easy as 1-2-3" to me this diet is drastic and entails quite a life style change. If I actually remember to take my GLA and drink my LongLife Cocktail, and get in my Flax Seed oil, it will be a miracle.

However, I also believe it is time that I quit messing around with all of these "easy" diets and try one that will make me work a little because everything else I've tried has failed.

Losing lbs per week?
I have the same problem. I've lost six pounds during week one and it's saying only 2.3. I have no idea, but I sure would like credit for what I lost! Smile

bathroom issues?
I'm on day five today and it seems that my normally very cranky digestive system has straightened out very nicely. Without getting too graphic, everything's coming out just right, and once/day which is highly unusual for me! Very Happy
